Get up close and personal with elite athletes, retired racing greyhounds of course! Come meet and Greet the GAP greyhounds & their families, from the Greyhound Adoption Program SA!
All events open to public unless otherwise stated.
Some events may have an entry fee.

Greyhound Racing SA – Adelaide Cup 2011

Come meet and greet the GAP greyhounds and have some awesome fun at the Adelaide Cup!

GAPSA Xmas Open Day
Sunday Nov 27th (11am - 4pm)
Well its that time of year again where we will have our GAPSA Christmas Open Day!
It’s a day full of fun for everyone! Jumpy castle for the kiddies, doggie games, sausage sizzle, greyhound play yard, plus SANTA, and much more!
There will be greyhounds up for adoption on the day as well. So if you are contemplating adopting a new family member,
Why not consider a greyhound? Come on in and have a look, speak to the people who specialize in greyhounds, The Greyhound Adoption Program SA

CHRISTMAS PARADES!!!
Port Adelaide Christmas Parade
Saturday November 19th - Port Adelaide
Parade begins at 6pm. Volunteers should arrive by 5pm for lineup.
Norwood Christmas Parade
Saturday November 26 - Norwood
Parade starts at 10am . Volunteer should arrive by 9am for lineup.
Salisbury Christmas Parade
Saturday November 19th - Salisbury
Parade begins at 10am. Volunteers should arrive by 9am for lineup.
Maps and info will be sent out to those who will be participating.
Onkaparinga Christmas Pageant
Saturday November 26th - Christies Beach
Parade begins at 10am. Volunteers should arrive by 9am for lineup.

Blackwood Christmas Parade
Friday December 2nd - Blackwood
Parade begins at 6.30pm. Assembly will be on Gulf View Road.
Volunteers should arrive by 5.30pm for lineup.
GAP Xmas Stalls
Thursdays – Dec 8th , 15th , and
22nd (5:30pm - 8:30pm)
GAP Xmas Raffles, merchandise, calendars and of course GAP Greyhounds!
Come get a bargain for Christmas, or just say Merry Christmas!
Raffle prizes drawn at 9pm!
GAPSA Christmas Track Parade
Thursday Dec 22 (6:45pm arrival)
Angle Park Greyhound Track
Come along and parade your greyhound out to the track and up onto podium
for all to see!
Dress them in their Christmas Best!!! It will be fun!
All greyhounds interested in attending the parade on the night MUST register
by Dec 15th. Please contact Angela 8243 7124 or email gap@grsa.com.au XMAS PARADE as the email heading.

GAP Xmas/NewYear Closure
The GAP Office will be closed for the Christmas & new Year Holidays
from Friday Dec 23 - Tuesday January 3rd.
We will be back in the office on Weds January 4th.
